Musnad Ahmad 1153:1399

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu 'Abdullah al-Jadali, from 'Aishah, that she said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was neither obscene nor one who sought obscenity, nor was he clamorous in the marketplaces. He would not recompense evil with the like of it, but rather he would pardon and forgive."
