Musnad Ahmad 1153:1426

Hajjaj narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, that she used to say: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would not perform the Duha prayer, and I do perform it."
