Musnad Ahmad 1153:1458

Narrated to us Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, from his father, from Aisha, she said: "I perfumed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, for his ihram when he entered into ihram, and for his release (halal) when he exited ihram, before he performed tawaf around the House."
