Musnad Ahmad 1153:1460

Narrated to us Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Asbahani, from Mujahid ibn Wardan, from Urwah, from Aisha, that a freed slave of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, fell from a palm tree and died. He was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Does he have any lineage or kin?" They said: "No." He said: "Give his inheritance to some of the people of his village."
