Musnad Ahmad 1153:1483

'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, he said: Ayyub narrated to us, from Muhammad, from 'Aishah: "That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would wake up in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) without having had a wet dream, and then he would fast."
