Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Hamzah ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to us, he said: I heard 'Abbad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr saying: I heard the Mother of the Believers, 'Aishah, saying: I asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about the easy reckoning. I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the easy reckoning?" He said: "It is that a man’s sins are presented to him, then they are overlooked for him. Indeed, whoever is scrutinized in the reckoning will perish. And no servant is afflicted with a thorn, or anything beyond it, except that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, expiates some of his sins thereby."
