Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Ishaq—meaning Ibn Suwayd—from Mu'adhah, from 'Aishah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): He forbade the *naqir* (hollowed-out log), the *muqayyar* (pitch-coated vessel), the *duba'* (gourd), and the *hantam* (green glazed jar).
