Musnad Ahmad 1153:150

Isma'il narrated to us, Ibn 'Awn informed us, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from the Mother of the Believers, and from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, both of them narrating that from the Mother of the Believers—I do not memorize the hadith of this one from the hadith of that one—he said: 'Aishah said: "O Messenger of Allah, the people depart with two rites (Hajj and 'Umrah), while I depart with one rite." He said: "Wait. When you are pure, go out to al-Tan'im, then enter into the state of Ihram from there, then meet us." And he said once: "Then meet us at such-and-such mountain." He said: I think he said: "Such-and-such, but it is according to your toil, or according to your expenditure," or as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said.
