'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Miqdam ibn Shurayh, from his father, from 'Aishah, she said: "When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would enter his house, he would begin with the siwak (tooth stick)."
