Musnad Ahmad 1153:1567

Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, that charity was given to Barirah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "It is charity for her, and a gift for us."
