Musnad Ahmad 1153:16

Mu'tamir narrated to us, he said: I heard Khalid, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, from Aisha, who said: "I never saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, pray the Duha (forenoon) prayer, except when he would arrive from a journey, then he would pray two rak'ahs."
