Musnad Ahmad 1153:1612

Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us, Rabah narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delayed [the night prayer] until 'Umar called out to him, saying: 'The prayer! The women and children have fallen asleep.' She said: So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out and said: 'No one among the people of the religions waits for it except you.'"
