Musnad Ahmad 1153:1703

Waki’ narrated to us, Hisham ibn ‘Urwah narrated to us, from his father, from ‘Aishah, and Aflah, from al-Qasim, from ‘Aishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked about Safiyyah and said, "Is she going to detain us?" They said, "O Messenger of Allah, she has already performed the Ifadah (Tawaf al-Ifadah)." He said, "Then no [there is no need to wait]."
