Musnad Ahmad 1153:1719

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur and al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad ibn Yazid, from ‘Aishah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once sent sheep as a gift [to the Ka’bah] that had garlands placed around their necks.
