Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Talhah ibn Yahya ibn Talhah ibn Ubaydullah narrated to me, from his paternal aunt Aisha bint Talhah, from Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was invited to the funeral of a young boy from the Ansar. I said: "O Messenger of Allah, glad tidings to this one, a sparrow from the sparrows of Paradise; he did not reach evil, nor did he commit it." He said: "Or other than that, O Aisha. Indeed, Allah the Almighty created people for Paradise; He created them for it while they were in the loins of their fathers. And He created people for the Fire; He created them for it while they were in the loins of their fathers."
