Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Zakariya narrated to us, and Yazid said: Zakariya ibn Abi Za’idah informed us, from al-Sha’bi, from Abu Salamah, from ‘Aishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to her—Yazid said: She said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to me: "Indeed, Jibril sends his greetings of peace to you." She said: "And upon him be peace and the mercy of Allah."
