Musnad Ahmad 1153:1734

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Abu Ishaq and Aswad, who said: Isra’il informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from his father, from ‘Aishah, who said: "I used to perfume the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he was in the state of Ihram with the best perfume I could find." Aswad said: "Until I could see the glistening of the perfume on his head and his beard."
