Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn Mubarak narrated to me, from Karimah bint Hammam, she said: I heard Aisha saying: "O assembly of women, beware of peeling the face." A woman asked her about henna (dye). She said: "There is no harm in henna, but I dislike it because my beloved, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to dislike its scent."
