Waki’ narrated to us, from Zakariyya, from al-‘Abbas ibn Dharih, from al-Sha’bi, from Muhammad ibn al-Ash’ath, from ‘Aisha, who said: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would not refrain from anything of my face while he was fasting."
