Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Hisham ibn 'Urwah narrated to us, from his father, from 'Aishah, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, had a *khamisah* (a square-patterned garment), so he gave it to Abu Jahm, and he took an *anbijaniyyah* (a plain, coarse garment) of his. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, the *khamisah* is better than the *anbijaniyyah*." He said: "I was looking at its patterns during the prayer."
