Musnad Ahmad 1153:1860

Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, he said: Malik ibn Anas informed us, he said: I heard Ubaydullah ibn Umar, from Talhah ibn Abd al-Malik, from al-Qasim, from Aisha, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, the like of it. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: A *gharib* (singular) hadith from the hadith of Yahya ibn Sa’id; I did not hear it except from my father, from Ibn Numayr. And Talhah ibn Abd al-Malik is a man from the people of Ayla. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: The scholars of hadith said: This is not in Kufa; this is only from Ibn Numayr, from Ubaydullah—meaning al-Umari. So I said to them: Go to Abu Khaythama, for their hearing in Kufa is one from Ibn Numayr. So they went and found him.
