'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, from Ma'mar, who said: Al-Zuhri said, and 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Utbah informed me, that 'Aishah informed him, saying: "The first [time] the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) fell ill was in the house of Maymunah. He sought permission from his wives to be nursed in her house, and they gave him permission." She said: "So he went out, with one hand on al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas and one hand on another man, while he was dragging his feet on the ground." 'Ubayd Allah said: "I narrated this to Ibn 'Abbas, and he said: 'Do you know who the other man is, whom 'Aishah did not name? He is 'Ali, but 'Aishah does not feel kindly towards him.'"
