Musnad Ahmad 1153:1944

Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, he said: Urwah said to me that Aisha said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said on that day: "Let the Jews know that in our religion there is latitude. Indeed, I have been sent with the tolerant Hanifiyyah (monotheism)."
