Musnad Ahmad 1153:1951

Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Nafi’ informed me, he said: al-Hasan ibn Muslim ibn Yanaq informed me, from Safiyyah bint Shaybah, from ‘Aishah, that a woman from the Ansar married off a daughter of hers, and she became ill, and her hair fell out. She came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "Her husband wants her, so should I attach hair to her?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Allah has cursed the women who attach hair."
