Musnad Ahmad 1153:1976

Yazid narrated to us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah, from Mu'adhah, from 'Aishah, who said: "Command your husbands to wash away from themselves the traces of excrement and urine, for I am too shy to tell them. And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to do that."
