Musnad Ahmad 1153:1978

Yazid narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Yahya, from Imran bin Hattan, that Aisha narrated to him that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "He would not leave anything in his house that had a cross on it, except that he would cut it off."
