Musnad Ahmad 1153:1986

Yazid narrated to us, he said: Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Aisha, she said: "A month would pass over the family of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, without any smoke being seen in any of his houses." I said: "O Mother, what was their food?" She said: "The two black ones: water and dates. Except that he had sincere neighbors from the Ansar, and they had milch animals, so they used to send him some of their milk."
