Musnad Ahmad 1153:1994

Yazid narrated to us, Mas'udi informed us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The snake is a transgressor (fasiqah), the scorpion is a transgressor, the mouse is a transgressor, and the crow is a transgressor."
