Yazid narrated to us, he said: Hammam ibn Yahya informed us, from Qatadah, from Abu Hassan, who said: Two men from Banu Amir entered upon Aisha and informed her that Abu Hurairah narrates from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "Bad omens are in the house, the woman, and the horse." She became angry, and a part of her flew into the sky and a part into the earth, and she said: "By the One who sent down the Furqan (the Criterion) upon Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, never said that. He only said: 'The people of the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era) used to take bad omens from those things.'"
