Musnad Ahmad 1153:2036

Rawh narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bakr 'Asim, the freed slave of Quraibah bint Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, from Quraibah, from 'Aishah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade *wisal* (continuous fasting without breaking it) in fasting. I said to him: "But you practice *wisal*?" He said: "I am not like any one of you; I spend the night while I am fed and given to drink."
