Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, who said: I heard Khaythamah narrating from Abu ‘Atiyyah, from ‘Aishah, that she said: "I truly know how the talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was." Then I heard her recite the talbiyah: "Labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayka la sharika laka labbayk, inna al-hamda wa an-ni‘mata laka" (Here I am, O Allah, here I am; here I am, You have no partner, here I am; indeed, all praise and grace belong to You).
