Rawh narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Malik ibn 'Urfutah narrated to us, he said: My father—and it is only Khalid ibn 'Alqamah—said: I heard 'Abd Khayr narrating from 'Aishah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he "forbade the *duba* (gourd), the *hantam* (green glazed jar), and the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel)." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: My father said: It is only Khalid ibn 'Alqamah al-Hamdani; Shu'bah was mistaken.
