Rawh narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Abdullah—meaning al-Jadali—saying: I asked the Mother of the Believers, Aisha, about the character of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. She said: "He was not obscene, nor did he act obscenely, nor was he clamorous in the marketplaces. Rather, he would pardon and overlook."
