Abd al-Samad narrated to us, he said: al-Rabi’—meaning Ibn Habib al-Hanafi—narrated to me, he said: I heard Abu Sa’id al-Raqashi saying: I asked Aisha about the *nabidh* (fermented drink) of the clay jar. She brought out a jar to me from behind the curtain and said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to dislike what was made in this."
