Musnad Ahmad 1153:2135

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aisha, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out, and his companions did not think of anything but Hajj. When he performed Tawaf around the House, and ordered his companions, so they performed Tawaf, he ordered them, and they exited the state of Ihram." She said: "And I had menstruated, so I stood at all the stations except for the Tawaf around the House. I said: 'They return with an Umrah and a Hajj, and I return with a Hajj?'" She said: "So he sent my brother with me, and I met the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ascending, traveling by night towards the people of Medina, while I was traveling by night towards the people of Mecca."
