Musnad Ahmad 1153:2142

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Mufaddal narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Muslim, from Masruq, from Aisha, who said: I did not see the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, since the revelation of "When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest" (Surah An-Nasr) upon him, perform a prayer without him supplicating, saying: "Glory be to You, my Lord, and with Your praise. O Allah, forgive me."
