Musnad Ahmad 1153:2172

Hammad ibn Khalid narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Ja’far narrated to us, from Sa’d ibn Ibrahim, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, who was asked about a man who bequeathed his three dwellings. Al-Qasim said: That must be extracted until it is placed into one dwelling. And I heard Aisha saying: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever performs an act which is not in accordance with our matter, it is rejected."
