Musnad Ahmad 1153:2184

Muhammad ibn Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, from 'Aishah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Indeed, the devil comes to one of you and says: 'Who created you?' He says: 'Allah.' He says: 'Then who created Allah?' So if one of you finds that, let him recite: 'I believe in Allah and His messengers,' for indeed that will take it away from him."
