Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: Ibn Akhi Ibn Shihab narrated to us, from his uncle, he said: Urwah ibn al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Aisha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Five of the beasts are all 'fasiq' (harmful/vicious), they are to be killed in the Sacred Precinct (Haram): the crow, the snake, the scorpion, the biting dog, and the kite." And in the book of Ya'qub, in another place, instead of the snake, it says: the mouse.
