Musnad Ahmad 1153:2213

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered my house wearing a waist-wrapper and a mantle. He faced the Qiblah, spread out his hands, and then said: "O Allah, I am only a human being, so whichever of Your servants I have insulted or harmed, do not punish me for it."
