Musnad Ahmad 1153:2231

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, from Thabit, from Shumaysah, from Aisha, that a camel belonging to Safiyyah became ill, and Zaynab had a surplus of camels. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Zaynab, "Safiyyah’s camel has become ill, so if you were to give her a camel." She said, "Should I give to that Jewess?" So he left her, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was angry with her for two or three months, until she raised her bed, and she thought that he would not be pleased with her. She said, "Then, one day at midday, I suddenly saw his shadow, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered, so she put her bed back."
