Yunus narrated to us, he said: Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from Urwah, from Aisha, who said: When these verses were revealed: "You may defer whom you will of them or take to yourself whom you will" [Al-Ahzab: 51], Aisha said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I do not see your Lord except that He hastens to satisfy your desires."
