Musnad Ahmad 1153:2329

Ya'qub narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, he said: Yahya ibn 'Abbad ibn 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to me, from his father 'Abbad, he said: I heard 'Aisha saying: "The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) died between my chest and my neck, and while he was in my turn. I did not wrong anyone regarding him. It was due to my foolishness and the youth of my age that the Messenger of Allah was taken while he was in my lap. Then I placed his head upon a pillow, and I stood up beating my chest with the women, and striking my face."
