Musnad Ahmad 1153:2361

'Amir ibn Salih narrated to us, he said: Yunus ibn Yazid narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah: "That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to perform I'tikaf during the last ten days of Ramadan."
