Musnad Ahmad 1153:2381

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, she said: "I used to perform ruqyah (incantation) for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, against the evil eye: 'Wipe away the harm, O Lord of mankind. In Your hand is the cure. None can remove it except You.'"
