Musnad Ahmad 1153:24

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, he said: Husayn narrated to us, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Farwah ibn Nawfal, he said: I asked Aisha about the supplication of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. She said: "He used to say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what my soul has done.'"
