Musnad Ahmad 1153:27

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Mu'adhah, who said: A woman asked 'A'ishah: "Does a menstruating woman make up the prayer?" She said: "Are you a Haruriyyah? We used to menstruate during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and we would not make them up, nor were we commanded to make them up."
