Musnad Ahmad 1153:339

Hammad ibn Usamah narrated to us, he said: Hisham informed us, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was bewitched, until it would appear to him that he was doing a thing when he was not doing it. Until one day, while he was with her, he supplicated to Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) and supplicated to Him. Then he said: "Do you realize that Allah has answered me regarding that which I asked Him about?" I said: "And what is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Two men came to me; one of them sat at my head, and the other at my feet. Then one of them said to his companion: 'What is the man's ailment?' The other said: 'He is bewitched (matbub).' He said: 'Who bewitched him?' He said: 'Labid ibn al-A'sam, the Jew.' He said: 'In what?' He said: 'In a comb and the hair caught in it, and the spathe of a male date palm.' He said: 'Where is it?' He said: 'In the well of Dharwan.'" So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to the well, looked at it, and there were date palms over it. Then he returned to Aisha and said: "By Allah, its water was like the infusion of henna, and its date palms were like the heads of devils." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, will you not burn it?" He said: "No. As for me, Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) has cured me, and I feared that I might stir up evil among the people because of it."
