Musnad Ahmad 1153:37

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from his father, from Aisha, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to have intimate contact with his wives above the waist-wrapper, while they were menstruating."
