Ishaq narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman—meaning Ibn Abi al-Zinad—narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, who said: "The mattress of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was leather, and its stuffing was palm fiber."
